Can
anyone apply for the one year ED visa? |

Every nationality can apply for the One year Non-immigrant
ED visa. |
| |
However people from the following
nations India, China, Sri -Lanka, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Iran and
Middle Eastern countries have to apply for the visa in their own
country (see how to apply visa for Thailand) |

Who
can apply for the visa in the school? |
| |
|
| |
Our school is approved by The
Ministry of Education, so it qualifies us to provide you with the
letter required to apply for the student visa.
Our students (15-99 years old) are eligible for a one year ED visa
if they choose from one of the following programs: |

| |
-200 hours group
study. |
| |
-200 hours private
lessons. |
| |
|
| |
We guarantee the student visa, but if for some reasons
beyond our control your request is rejected, you will get a 100% refund
of your tuition fee. |

The Requirement to get Non immigrant
ED Visa |
| |
 |
You are already in Thailand and
you are allowed to stay one month |
| |
(visa on arrival). |
| |
Bring us 6
photos (3 x 4 cm) and your passport (You are required that
you have at least three weeks remaining on your current visa).
After 2-3 weeks, you will receive a letter from The Ministry
of Education. Once you have received the letter you will need
to leave the country and apply for the non-immigrant ED visa
in any Thai embassy or consulate.
After you are issued with your non-immigrant ED visa, you
are free to return to Thailand.

fill out the form and mail it back to us with 6 photos (3
x 4 cm) and a photocopy of every page of your passport to
the following address below :

We will receive a letter from The Ministry of Education,
and will forward it on to you. With this letter, you can
apply for the non-immigrant ED visa in the nearest Thai
embassy or consulate. .

days.
After you receive your visa, you are free to return to Thailand.

How
the non immigrant ED visa works? |
| |
|
| |
The Thai embassy or consulate
will issue you with a non- immigrant ED visa for the duration of
3 months.
Before your visa expires, you will be required to have it extended
in the immigration office on Sathorn road, Bangkok.
There your visa will be extended for a further 3 months.
This procedure will be repeated every three months for up to one
year.
After a year, if you wish to continue in My Thai Language School
you will be eligible for a new one year ED visa.

much does the visa costs (tuition fee excluded) |

- 2000 baht (60
USD, 40 EUR, prices are subject to change) to Thai embassy or consulate
for your immigrant ED visa. |
